Uplifted concepts did an amazing job with our funeral floral arrangements. I shopped around other florists in the area, and I chose Uplifted Concepts because Jill took the most initiative in communicating with me. We had a very quick turnaround for the funeral (3 days), and Jill was so on top of getting quotes to me and figuring out details. Ordered a bouquet to be delivered around 7am. Flowers were delivered at 12:07pm. I made a mistake when ordering (forgot to change shipping addresses to be different than billing), and Jill was awesome in helping fix the issue. Plus the flowers were perfect! Thanks!

I was so lucky to find this florist when searching online from out of state. Jill is truly talented and her arrangements are elegant yet unique She went out of her way to make sure our sympathy flowers were perfect and delivered on time for my uncle's service. The customer service with Jill surpasses any florist you will ever use. You are informed about your order every step of the way and I love getting pics of the finished product. She also went way out of her way to deliver my MIL’s flowers to her house when she arrived and she wasn’t at work. That was more than I could have asked of anyone and I greatly appreciated it!!

My customer service here was unmatched! I called Jill with a last minute delivery order, and she was not only kind, she was efficient and timely. I chose a designer's choice (totally recommend) to be sent to a friend for her birthday, and she went completely above and beyond. The flowers looked amazing and she put a cute birthday card with it as well. She let me know what time she was delivering the order along with multiple photos of everything in regards to the order. Jill, the owner of Uplifted, was so kind from the moment we spoke on the phone. She listened to my desires for the floral arrangement , the overall look, color feel etc. and when I received the photos of the arrangement I was thrilled. It was exquisite! And most importantly my BF loved them! I so appreciate Jill's gift of floral arranging and presentation. Also, when I have received arrangements from Jill, they have lasted at least a week which is so nice!

Wow! The customer service Jill provides is absolutely amazing. She has an attention to detail that is rare in today's world. Visited our daughter, at her new home, in Houston. After we left we Googled florists in her zip code. We hit the Jackpot with Uplifted Concepts. Jill took the order late in the day and created a beautiful arrangement and the card was fantastic. She emailed me photos of the arrangement and card. This is a florist with great prices and a flair for great design. Definitely a 5 🌟 operation.

The end product was better than I expected. Jill was very communicative the moment I ordered, and that was during three busy valentine's day too. Also the card it comes with was a major step up from normal personalized cards you normally get. My wife loved it. This will definitely be a go to when I need to earn points with the wife. So if you need to get out the dog house or trying for some extra nookie these flowers will get you there.

Tracy is such a wonderful person! I love supporting small business and found Uplifted Concepts through Google. I am so glad I did! I called Tracy to ask if she had any availability in making any arrangements last minute, she went above and beyond to make that happen! The arrangement was so beautiful and my friend absolutely loved them!. Not only did she go over the top but she kindly delivered the flowers when my friend returned home to avoid the flowers getting ruined. She also made a beautiful card to go along with the flowers, customized as well!

They are amazing! I wanted to get my wife flowers for the start of the school year and they had exactly what I was looking for. I reached out to Uplifted Concepts from Washington, DC in a panic! My dear friends were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary in two days and I wanted to send them something really nice and special. Clearly I had lost track of time but to make it even worse, I even had the nerve to be picky about what I wanted (I know... I know). Well Jill was unbelievably accommodating and creative. Everything I had envisioned for this special arrangement, she was able to make it happen (even while Houston was experiencing terrible weather).
